Can DEI help if my venue is in another state?

Yes. Your residence does not have to match the event location. Coverage is tied to where the event happens, not where you live. We routinely write policies for destination weddings, touring acts, and out-of-state corporate events.

Can I get a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for a venue anywhere in the U.S.?

Yes. Once a policy is bound, we issue a venue-ready Certificate of Insurance naming the venue as Additional Insured at no extra cost. Most COIs are issued the same business day. 99.5% of venues accept our COI on the first review, and if your venue rejects it, we refund you in full.

Are coverage requirements different by state?

Limits and endorsements are generally consistent nationwide, but a handful of states have specific rules for liquor liability, athletic exposures, or municipal venue requirements. We handle the state-specific paperwork as part of binding, so you do not have to research statutes to get a compliant policy.

Can DEI help with multi-state event organizers or touring events?
