Direct Event Insurance sends text messages only to customers who actively opt in by providing a mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the web form below or on the quote application. This program is strictly transactional and informational. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

This SMS program is used only to communicate with customers about a submitted event insurance application or an active policy. It is not used for marketing, promotions, newsletters, advertising, future offers, or sales campaigns.

- Document requests (for example, certificate of insurance details)
- Policy-related communications
- Customer support replies related to your submitted insurance request

HELP and STOP instructions

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data is not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
